XYON OPERATES AS AN INTERMEDIARY CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE UNDER SECTION 79 OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT 2000 (UPDATED AUGUST 2026).

XYON provides management software tools for gaming cafes. We do not own, manage, or employ cafe personnel, nor do we directly control physical gaming equipment, local network speeds, or cafe operational policies.

Proximity calculations displayed on the Nearby Cafes page (`/cafes`) are computed using the Haversine spherical trigonometric formula based on browser HTML5 Geolocation API responses:

• Distances shown in kilometers (e.g. 2.7 km away) are straight-line estimates and do not account for road traffic, route obstacles, or geographic terrain.
• Users are advised to contact partner cafes directly via provided contact numbers before visiting.

To prevent account selling, identity duplication, and GX point abuse, XYON strictly limits profile Email and Phone updates to two (2) changes max per account lifetime. Users are solely responsible for verifying email accuracy during updates.

Transactional alerts, security notices, and session receipts are dispatched via the Resend API platform. While BCN Studio maintains high deliverability standards, we are not liable for email delays caused by third-party mail providers, spam filters, or incorrect inbox configurations.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

BCN Studio, its directors, developers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system maintenance downtime, cafe hardware outages, or data entry errors made by cafe staff.
